Spreading Smiles Foundation is entirely run by passionate volunteers, including professionals, youth, and parents, who work tirelessly to ensure that 100% of donations go directly to helping those in need.
Established in 2017 and officially registered in January 2023, the foundation was created as a Sadaqah E Jariyah in loving memory of a devoted mother who passed away in 2017. Her passion for helping those in need, especially orphans and widows, continues to inspire many of our projects.
We also empower individuals and deliver emergency aid during crises. In addition, Spreading Smiles Foundation works within the UK to support homeless, disabled, elderly, and vulnerable individuals.
Our various initiatives aim to provide immediate relief to those suffering while also developing sustainable projects that will benefit future generations. Together, we strive to create lasting change and bring hope to those who need it most.
While we are passionate about providing aid in times of need and crisis, our vision is to empower as many individuals as possible living in poverty by providing them with the skills, tools, and opportunities needed to lead self-sufficient lives with dignity and contribute meaningfully to their communities. By doing so, we aim to break the cycle of extreme poverty and foster lasting, positive change.
Our project “Gift Of Independence” focuses on delivering vocational training and providing the necessary tools, resources, and support to enable individuals to establish small, sustainable sources of income. This dual approach not only helps beneficiaries earn a livelihood but also brings long-term, transformative change to their lives.
Our commitment goes beyond financial aid. We are dedicated to restoring the dignity and self-reliance of those we serve, ensuring they no longer must depend on others for even basic necessities. By enabling individuals to lead independent lives, we hope to create a ripple effect of empowerment that strengthens entire communities.
Furthermore, we strongly believe in the power of education in driving positive change. We encourage education for young children in difficult circumstances by arranging essentials for them such as tuition fees, uniforms, groceries, and more. We hope this will allow them to build a brighter future for themselves and their families stuck in the cycle of poverty.
