About Us

Spreading Smiles Foundation is a UK-based international non-profit organisation that operates in accordance with the laws and guidance of the Charity Commission of England and Wales. Our core values include transparency, honesty, inclusivity, integrity, and compassion.

Spreading Smiles Foundation is entirely run by passionate volunteers, including professionals, youth, and parents, who work tirelessly to ensure that 100% of donations go directly to helping those in need.

Established in 2017 and officially registered in January 2023, the foundation was created as a Sadaqah E Jariyah in loving memory of a devoted mother who passed away in 2017. Her passion for helping those in need, especially orphans and widows, continues to inspire many of our projects.

SSF-035- A hand pump was recently installed at Muhammad Saleem’s home as a Sadaqah Jariyah in loving memory of Ainas Kelthouma. Before this, the family and many in the surrounding community had to walk long distances just to collect clean water for daily use. Now, with the pump installed right near the main entrance of their home, it’s not only making life easier for Saleem’s family, but it’s also become a blessing for nearby neighbours. People from the community regularly come to fill their containers, and the pump provides fresh, clean water all day long. Ramadan 2025 - Hot Meals for the needy - A strict 💯Donation Policy. Every day, at Victoria Hospital, Bahawalpur, Pakistan, there are people who have been waiting for hours in the fasting state, some accompanied by loved ones. The waiting areas are full of those who are physically exhausted, and many are in the state of fasting. These individuals, some of whom are in dire need, look forward to breaking their fast with a hot meal. Insha’Allah, we aim to provide a warm meal for around 350 to 400 people each day.For just 10,000 PKR (approximately £29), we can serve a dish that will provide them with a hot meal, a cold, refreshing drink, dates, and a fruit to break their fast.
